CUHK Young Scholars Win Mathematics Awards

Three young scholars of the Department of Mathematics have recently won internationally renowned mathematics awards. They include Prof. Lui Lok-ming, who received the Morningside Silver Medal of Mathematics, Prof. Qiu Yu, who received the International Conference on Representations of Algebras Award and Dr. Ma Ziming, a PhD graduate, who received the New World Mathematics Awards. CUHK is the only university in Hong Kong to have won these awards.
