The statistics for midterm 1 is as follows: mean = 17.87, median = 17, SD = 6.11. If you haven't got back your midterm, please come to see me after class this Thursday (Feb 25).
Quiz 2 will take place on Mar 10 (Thursday) in class. It will cover Section 6.1 and 6.2 of the textbook.
Midterm 2 will take place on March 31 (Thursday), 11:30AM12:30PM at BMS G18 (Basic Medical Science Building) It will cover materials in Section 6.16.6 of the textbook (except "Least square approximation and minimal solutions in 6.3, and "Conic sections" in 6.5) and Problem Sets 59.
Quiz 3 will take place on April 14 (Thursday) in class. It will cover Section 6.8 of the textbook and Problem Set 10.
The statistics for midterm 2 is as follows: mean = 21.5, median = 22, SD = 5.74. If you haven't got back your midterm, please come to see me after class this Thursday (Apr 14).
A scanned copy of Chapter 7.1 and 7.2 on Jordan canonical form has been uploaded (password protected).
