- By Bus
- The university is served by bus numbers 82C, 87K, 87S, 99R, 272A, 272K, 289K and minibus. Get off at University Railway station and walk 3 minutes.

- The hotel is adjacent to the conference venue
- Walk 2 minutes to reach the Conference Centre

- Take a 40-mins taxi ride (taxi fare will be around HKD 300-350) or
- Take airport bus no. A41 and get off at Shatin Central Station; then take the MTR from Shatin Station to University Station (Exit B) and walk 3 minutes to reach the Conference Centre
