Structured Perturbation for Singular Matrices

In this talk, we study the condition number of singular linear systems, the condition number of matrix generalized inverse, all problems with respect to normwise structured perturbation. The structures under investigation are symmetric, persymmetric, skewsymeetric, Toeplitz and Hankel. We extend recent results by S.M. Rump.
