It is well known that the normwise relative condition numbers
measure the sensitivity of matrix inversion and the solution of nonsingular
linear systems.
In this talk, various normwise relative condition numbers that
measure the sensitivity of generalized inverses (such as
Moore-Penrose inverse and Drazin inverse) and the solution of
singular linear systems are characterized. The sensitivity of
condition number itself is then investigated. Finally,upper bounds
are derived for the sensitivity of structured perturbation.
