On the Relative Perturbation Bounds of On the Relative Perturbation Bounds of Eigenvalues

We discuss the Hoffman-Wielandt type and Weyl type relative perturbation bounds of eigenvalues. Our new perturbation bounds are more simple than old ones. The new Hoffman-Wielandt type relative perturbation bounds improve some corresponding results in recent articles.
