How to Reach the University

  1. Hong Kong International Airport <> University MTR Station
    • By Taxi
      The 40-minute ride costs HKD 350-400 (USD 45-50) subject to traffic conditions.
    • By Bus and then taxi/MTR
      Take airport bus route A41 or E42 or N42. The frequency and other information is as follows:

      E42 10-20 mins from 05:30 - 24:00 75 mins
      N42 (Night Bus Route) 00:20 90 mins

      Get off at Shatin Central Bus Terminus and it is a huge mall known as New Town Plaza. Interchange with MTR or taxi to the University MTR station:

      The fare is about HK$70. The trip takes about 15 minutes.

      MTR
      Walk to Shatin MTR station near the Bus Terminus. It is a 9-minute ride from Shatin to University and the train runs every 5 to 10 minutes from 06:00 to 24:00.

      Take the Airport Express to Tsing Yi Station followed by multiple transfers of trains. The ride is about 1 hour and it costs $84 for a single journey ticket. For more details, you may visit the MTR website.

  2. From the University MTR Station to Conference Venue - Lady Shaw Building

    Take the shuttle bus route 1A/1B/2 at shuttle bus stop(s) next to the University MTR station. Get off at “Sir Run Run Shaw Hall”. The rooftop garden opposite Sir Run Run Shaw Hall is part of Lady Shaw Building. Go downstairs to reach the Lady Shaw Building. Go to 1/F and turn left to LT2.
