***Important*** We have not authorized any outside agencies to handle hotel bookings. Please do not disclose your travel information to any company that claims to help you on our behalf. Participants are expected to arrange accommodation themselves according to the information below. If you need any assistance, please contact us directly.

The local organization committee have made arangements with two hotels near the conference venue to provide accommodation to DD26 participants at a group rate.

Royal Park Hotel, Shatin

The Royal Park Hotel is connected to Shatin MTR station via a shopping centre, where many dining options are available. Shatin station is two MTR stops (about 10 minutes) from the conference venue. To make a reservation, you may use this link, or you may complete the following form and e-mail or fax it directly to the hotel. The deadline to reserve has been extended to November 18, 2019; the block of rooms will be released after this date.

Hyatt Regency Hong Kong, Shatin

The Hyatt Regency Hong Kong is located adjacent to CUHK campus and the University MTR station, with frequent train service to Shatin and the city centre. Reservations may be made via this link, or by calling the reservation desk at +852 3723 7888 and quoting the special group code G-C12U. The deadline to reserve has been extended to November 18, 2019; the block of rooms will be released after this date.

Note on transportation

Since the conference venue is in close proximity to the MTR station (stop: "University"), we encourage all participants to use public transport for journeys between their hotels and the conference site. If you would like to book accommodation elsewhere, we recommend choosing hotels close to MTR stations, preferably on the East Rail line (see MTR map here).

If you need special arrangements or more information on transportation, please contact the local organizers at

Room Sharing

We understand that some participants may wish to reduce their accommodation expenses by sharing a room with other participants. To facilitate such room sharing arrangements, we have created a Doodle survey where participants can leave their contact information and arrival/departure dates, so that they can be contacted by potential roommates.

To protect the information of participants, the Doodle page is accessible by invitation only. Please e-mail if you would like access to it. Please note that CUHK and the DD26 local organizing team are not responsible for any deals made between individual participants, nor for any disputes resulting from joint accommodation.
