Instructions:
  1. Save dynamotalk.ust.tar.gz in some DIRECTORY.
  2. Change to that DIRECTORY.
  3. Execute: gunzip dynamotalk.ust.tar.gz
  4. Execute: tar -xf dynamotalk.ust.tar
  5. Then a directory dynamotalk.ust will be created in DIRECTORY.
  6. Change to directory DIRECTORY/dynamotalk.ust
  7. Run latex OralMain.tex
