General Facilities

Walking from our department, students have easy access to the computer center, library, auditorium, bookstore, canteen, student center, etc. Moreover, the Department has its own undergraduate common room, where our students may discuss any topics or have a rest between lessons. There are also seminar rooms where academic seminars are held and students may use them as study rooms.


Computing Facilities

The Department has a Mathematics Computing Laboratory with about 60 Pentium-4 PCs for undergraduate teaching. The Department also houses 10 UNIX workstations and a powerful UNIX file server.

Furthermore, graduate students and faculty members have special privilege of accessing the computing facilities provided by The Institute of Mathematical Sciences, which is located on the 6th floor in the Academic Building No. 1.
