 A typo was found in lecture note chapter 4(a), for Exercise 4.2.1, the answer should be 4*pi*R/(1R^2) and the length or the arc on the diagram should be 2*pi/3.
 The due date of assignment is postponed to 27 Apr.

 Final exam: 7pm9pm, 4 May, WMY 403
 The final examination will cover materials from chapter 1 to 3.5 (Hilbert plane) and chapter 4

Course Description
The course is intended to discuss important geometric structures, including Euclidean Geometry, Analytical Geometry, NonEuclidean Geometry. Further topics may be selected from Transformational Geometry, Projective Geometry, Geometric Symmetries, or Finite Geometry. (Not for undergraduate students, students in the MSc. Programme in Mathematics, and students who have taken MAT5011, 5012, 5031, 5032, 5051, 570S, 6xxx and 7xxx.)
