Conference Hotel
The official hotel of the conference is the Royal Plaza Hotel. It is a 5-star hotel located along the KCRC railway and so it provides easy access to all parts of Hong Kong. The Chinese University is only a few stations (20 minutes) away from it. The hotel is also situated next to a mall in the Mongkok area, which is renowned of having exotic tourist sites.

Conference participants are given a special rate of HK$600 (tax and services included, US$77) per night. To make reservation, please complete the special reservation form ( MS Word file or PDF file) for the conference and return by fax or email to the hotel directly before November 8. Reservations made after the date will also be accepted, but the rate depends on room availability.

Others
The university also runs guest houses which provides accommodation from room with share bath to suite-type room. These guest houses are suitable for participants who enjoy staying inside the university campus. Information may be obtained from the guesthouse web page.
